ICM Development group is a national, full-service real estate development organization. Since its inception in 2003, ICM has delivered an innovative approach to property acquisition, development, and management. The key to our success is our knowledge of different markets and unwavering focus. ICM has acquired and developed projects in various cities throughout the country, among them Miami, Orlando, Kissimmee, Jacksonville, Atlanta, and Detroit. ICM is a unique development company with experience in new construction, redevelopment, and condo conversions. We supervise all phases of construction; from the time we purchase the property until the last unit is sold or rented ICM is fully involved by developing a great product with the end-user in mind, we continue to shape growing communities.

Our History
ICM was originally founded in 2003 as Investors Capital Mortgage Group Inc. and transitioned to ICM Development Group Inc. in 2014. Since inception, our vision was to acquire and develop great residential communities throughout the country. We have been able to step outside of our Miami based market to seek and create excellent opportunities in other major cities. In all our major markets our principals are always on the ground. By seeking strategic partnerships and having attained excellent relationships in these cities, we have been able to succeed.
We started with expertise in the conversion market and quickly repositioned ourselves after 2008. Further increasing the capabilities that led us to become experienced in all multi-family opportunities from acquisition, reposition, manage and complete renovations of assets. As we continue to evolve we fostered new strategic partnerships and expanded into ground-up construction of single-family and townhome communities. Today ICM is a diverse real estate development company with a unique set of skills and vision for the future.
